Le Fleur sits at the intersection of luxury streetwear and creative culture.
The brief: design a digital ecosystem to support the SS 2025 collection and future drops.
Background
In early 2025, I worked on a digital marketing project for Le Fleur, a luxury streetwear brand by Tyler, The Creator, in collaboration with Peanuts® for their Spring/Summer collection. The goal was to craft a high-impact campaign strategy that not only reflected the playful yet elevated aesthetic of the brand, but also engaged their loyal fanbase while introducing exclusive, time-sensitive content drops. Our team was tasked with developing a full omnichannel approach—including social strategy, email concepts, influencer activations, and experiential ideas—to generate hype, increase online sales, and strengthen Le Fleur’s cultural relevance during the launch period.
Understanding the Gaps Between Aesthetic & Engagement
Our initial deep dive focused on understanding Le Fleur’s current digital presence and identifying missed opportunities within their online ecosystem. We conducted a comprehensive audit across their website, email marketing, social platforms, and consumer sentiment.
Le Fleur’s website, while visually stunning, lacked basic e-commerce functionality and SEO optimization, which likely hindered product discoverability. Their current approach prioritizes editorial visuals over shopping usability, missing out on opportunities to capture casual browsers.
On social media, the brand had a loyal following (1.1M+ on Instagram) but an underutilized presence on TikTok—an essential platform for the Gen Z audience they were most aligned with. Similarly, email and SMS channels were reserved for product drops only, leaving out valuable relationship-building opportunities between releases.
To humanize the research, we developed two core buyer personas—Jordan and Sofia—representing the brand’s primary and secondary audiences. These personas were built using demographic and psychographic insights, paired with behavior patterns and shopping motivations. They helped guide campaign tone, content formats, and channel prioritization.
Target Demographic
Our research revealed two key audience segments:
Creative Gen Z Trendsetters (Ages 18–25): Expressive, social-media fluent, and community-driven. Drawn to exclusivity, fandom culture, and playful design.
Young Aesthetic-Driven Professionals (Ages 24–32): Urban creatives with high design standards. Interested in limited drops, lifestyle crossovers, and editorial experiences.
Both segments value storytelling and exclusivity over mass appeal. These insights drove our focus on serialized content, interactive web features, and emotionally resonant influencer strategies.

Through deep market and audience research, our team identified that Le Fleur’s core audience values exclusive, expressive fashion tied to personal identity. However, they often miss out on limited drops due to poor communication or a lack of awareness. We also found that Gen Z and Millennial buyers respond best to brand experiences that blend storytelling with emotional connection—especially when supported by social proof and community activation.
Key insights from our research:
FOMO culture is a key driver of engagement and conversions for Le Fleur’s fanbase. Our audience wants to feel like insiders, not observers.
Storytelling and aesthetic visuals drive emotional attachment to products—especially when characters like the Peanuts gang are involved.
Micro-influencer campaigns create trust and hype when brand secrecy and surprise are part of the strategy.
Our strategic focus was to build anticipation before launch while preserving exclusivity. We created a campaign roadmap that:
Used email marketing to deliver exclusive early access and behind-the-scenes content to loyal subscribers.
Crafted a visual drip campaign on Instagram to slowly reveal pieces and storylines, increasing suspense over time.
Designed a fan engagement challenge that encouraged user-generated content styled around Peanuts and Le Fleur outfits.
Proposed NDA-based influencer events to preserve secrecy while tapping into high-reach creators to build buzz ahead of release.
This strategy allowed us to position Le Fleur x Peanuts not just as a drop—but a curated experience built around nostalgia, artistry, and community connection.

Our team developed and executed a full-funnel, omni-channel campaign strategy for the Le Fleur x Peanuts Spring/Summer 2025 collaboration — designed to amplify online sales, boost community engagement, and elevate brand visibility across digital platforms.
We started by strategically allocating the budget to support both paid and organic initiatives, prioritizing channels that aligned with the target demographic. From there, we:
Crafted a complete omni-channel campaign, mapping content and objectives across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and email/SMS marketing.
Designed mock-up email newsletters and SMS campaigns to generate hype and drive traffic to the website.
Created social media content templates, sample Reels concepts, and UGC mapping to highlight product use and expand reach.
Built a dedicated podcast concept for Le Fleur, including episode outlines, themes, and guest ideas to extend long-form storytelling.
Designed mock-up YouTube posts to complement short-form content and support deeper brand engagement.
Proposed and wireframed custom campaign website pages for the Le Fleur site to integrate Peanuts branding, storytelling, and product drops.
Created Pinterest and Google sample ads to tap into lifestyle discovery traffic and targeted search.
Sourced and selected influencers — including a balanced mix of micro and macro creators — that aligned with brand values and audience reach.
Outlined strategic partnerships for seasonal buzz and cultural relevance, including collaborations with Chanel, Desert X, and the avant-garde art studio @uchronia_world.
Developed a campaign timeline with rollout phases and curated recommended platforms and software integrations to manage content, track analytics, and optimize performance.
This end-to-end campaign package served as both a creative direction and strategic execution plan designed to position Le Fleur as a cultural leader during their limited-time Peanuts release.

This project challenged me to merge creativity with data-backed strategy at a brand level. It sharpened my ability to design multi-platform campaigns that feel cohesive yet customized per channel. From influencer scouting to storytelling and rollout planning, I walked away with a deeper understanding of what it takes to build cultural relevance—while staying aligned with business goals. It confirmed my passion for bringing big ideas to life and supporting brands ready to scale with intention.
